This article details how to connect ChatGPT on the web to the Swifteq MCP Server for Zendesk.
Before you start, make sure you have created your Swifteq account and authorized Zendesk. Refer to Creating your Swifteq Account and Authorizing Zendesk for the MCP Server.
Note: Custom MCP connectors in ChatGPT require Developer mode, which is available on the Plus, Pro, Business and Enterprise plans. On Business and Enterprise plans, your ChatGPT administrator may need to allow it.

- Mention the Zendesk MCP Server connector by name.
- Say which tool or action to use, for example "search tickets" or "count tickets".
- Say which fields you want and how to sort the results.
- Ask ChatGPT not to use web search if you only want answers from Zendesk.
