The cost of the Swifteq MCP Server depends on how many Swifteq accounts you have and how many users are on each account. This article explains how to control who has access and keep your subscription cost down.
For prices and the free allowance, refer to MCP Server Pricing and Free Allowance.

Use One Swifteq Account for your Team
The paid plan is charged for each Swifteq account, and includes one user. Additional users on the same account cost much less than additional accounts.
For example, if five colleagues each signed up to their own Swifteq account, you pay for five accounts. If instead one person owns the account and invites the other four, you pay for one account with four additional users.
Inviting colleagues does not mean they share the owner's Zendesk permissions. Invite each person with Zendesk: own login, and they connect with their own Zendesk user, with their own permissions. Refer to Inviting Team Members to the MCP Server.
One account also means one place to manage settings. Write permissions are set for each Swifteq account, so with separate accounts each account has its own settings.
Controlling Who has Access
Account owners can manage access from the Users page (Profile button, then Invite Users):
- Invite only the people who need the MCP Server.
- Turn off MCP access for a user with the MCP switch next to their name. They stay on the account and can still use other Swifteq apps.
- Remove users who no longer need access, with the vertical ellipsis next to their name and Remove.
Moving Separate Accounts onto One Account
An invitation fails if the person already has their own Swifteq account. To bring existing accounts together:
- Decide which account to keep. This is usually the account of the person who manages Zendesk.
- Email support@swifteq.com with the email address of the account to keep and the email addresses of the colleagues to move onto it.
- Once we have released their separate accounts, invite them from the account you are keeping, each with Zendesk: own login.
