Free Allowance and Team Plan
| Details | |
|---|---|
| Free allowance | 500 calls per month for each Zendesk account, shared by everyone in your company who uses the MCP Server with that Zendesk account. The allowance resets on the 1st of each month. |
| Team plan, monthly | €49 per month for each Swifteq account, with unlimited calls and one seat included, plus €9 per month for each additional seat. Paid by card. |
| Team plan, annual | €490 per year with one seat included, plus €84 per year for each additional seat — two months cheaper than monthly. Paid by card, or by invoice and bank transfer. |
| Start date | You can subscribe at any time from the MCP Server home page. Nothing is charged for usage before you subscribe. |
| Currency | Prices are in euros (EUR), excluding VAT. |
A call is one tool used by your AI assistant, for example one ticket search. Answering one question can take several calls. Checking your usage never counts against the allowance.

Allowance per Zendesk Account, Price per Swifteq Account
The free allowance is shared across your Zendesk account, but the Team plan is charged for each Swifteq account. If several people in your company signed up to their own Swifteq account on the same Zendesk account, those accounts share one allowance of 500 calls, and each of them is charged separately if they subscribe.
In most cases it is much cheaper to use one Swifteq account and invite your colleagues to it, each with their own Zendesk login. Refer to How to Control Access and Subscription Cost for the MCP Server.
Seats
On the Team plan, a seat is for one named person. You buy the number of seats you need, then give them to people on the Users page. Only people who hold a seat can use the MCP Server; anyone else on the account keeps using the other Swifteq apps as before.
- The account owner always holds one seat, the one included in the price.
- Giving a seat to someone, or taking it back, is free and immediate: use the Seat switch next to their name.
- Removing a person from the account frees their seat. It does not reduce the number of seats you pay for.
- Seats are not counted from activity. Nobody is charged because they made a call.
Refer to Inviting Team Members to the MCP Server.
Subscribing
- Sign in at https://agenthelper.swifteq.com/?product=mcpserver and click Upgrade.
- Choose how many seats you need. The number starts at how many people on your account can use the MCP Server today, and you can change it freely. You choose who gets the seats afterwards, on the Users page.
- Choose how to pay: Monthly · card, Annual · card, or Annual · invoice. The page shows the total, the renewal date and the VAT note before you commit.
- Paying by card opens Stripe Checkout. Your plan is active within a few seconds of payment.
Choosing the invoice option asks for your company name, address and VAT number, and you can add a PO number if your accounts team needs one on the invoice. The plan starts immediately and Stripe emails the invoice, payable by bank transfer or card within 30 days. The PO number is printed on every invoice for this subscription, including invoices for added seats and renewals. If your PO number changes, for example for the renewal, email support@swifteq.com before the renewal date.
Your invoices and receipts are always available from Billing & invoices on the MCP Server home page, which opens your Stripe billing portal. You can also update your card or your billing details there.
If your financial year needs the subscription to renew on a particular date, email support@swifteq.com and we will set it up.
Adding and Removing Seats
Seats are managed on the Users page, which shows how many seats are allocated and how many are available.
| Change | What happens |
|---|---|
| Add seats | Charged straight away, for the rest of the current period only. The dialog shows the exact amount before you confirm, and the new seats can be given out immediately. |
| Remove seats | Applies at your next renewal, monthly or annual. Until then every seat stays paid and usable, and you can still move seats between people. There is no refund or credit for the current period. You can undo a scheduled reduction at any time before the renewal date. |
| More people than seats at renewal | If more people hold a seat than the number renewing, the seats given out most recently are taken back on the renewal date, and the account owner keeps theirs. The Users page names who will lose a seat, so you can change it beforehand. |
When the Free Allowance Runs Out
Once a Zendesk account has used its 500 free calls in a month, further MCP requests are refused until the allowance resets on the 1st, or until one of the Swifteq accounts on it subscribes. Your AI assistant shows the reason, the usage so far and the reset date.
- You get a heads-up in your AI assistant from 80% of the allowance, and the account owner gets an email at 80% and again when it is used up.
- Subscribing restores access immediately.
- If you have decided to subscribe but your purchase order is still going through, email support@swifteq.com and we can extend the date for your account.
Cancelling and Failed Payments
- Cancelling is done from Billing & invoices and takes effect at the end of the period you have paid for. Until then your team keeps its seats and access, and seats cannot be added or removed. After that the account returns to the free plan with everything else intact.
- If a payment fails, your team keeps full access while the payment is retried over the following weeks. Update your card or pay the open invoice from Billing & invoices. If the payment cannot be collected, the subscription ends and the account returns to the free plan.
- After a plan ends, anyone who did not hold a seat stays switched off. An account owner can switch them back on from the Users page.
Checking your Usage
Ask your AI assistant "What's my Swifteq MCP usage?". It reports:
- The calls made this month, and the free allowance with the calls remaining on a free plan.
- When the allowance resets.
- Your plan, and on the Team plan the seats bought and allocated and the renewal date.
- The total for your Zendesk account when several Swifteq accounts use it.
The MCP Server home page shows the same figures, and on the Team plan your seats and next charge.
Checking your usage does not count against your allowance. If your AI assistant says it cannot check your usage, start a new chat so it loads the current list of tools.
