How the Export is Delivered
Exporting Selected Items, Export All or Export Filtered
You can select specific items, select all or apply Filters. when you click the Export button, you then have the option to click Export Selected (and this displays the number of items selected) or to Export All (which exports all the items without having to select them) or Export Filtered (if you have applied any Filters).
Exporting Articles
- From the Articles page, you can filter or search for the articles, and/or select the articles you want to Export.
Refer to Using the Filters in the Articles Page and Selecting Articles. - Click the Export button.
- Click to select Export All, Export Filtered or Export Selected, as relevant.

How the Export is Delivered
When the Export has completed, you will receive an email at the address that relates to your login.
- The email contains a link which you click on to download the files to the folder designated as your Downloads folder.
- Where more than one article has been selected, the filename starts with "articles". If one article is exported, the filename of the of the export starts with the title of the article.
