You can click the checkmark on the left-hand side to select individual Articles. You can also click the checkmark at the top of the left-hand side to select all the Articles that are showing on the current page. You may find this useful to select items if you have applied a filter or a search and then want to use a function on these items.
There are then various functions available in Help Center Translate that can be used for selected items.
- In Articles, when rows have been selected, you can use the Translate functions on the selected items.
- From the Bulk Actions menu, you can use the Change Article Status, Rollback from Intercom and Save to Intercom functions on the selected items.
For Rollback from Intercom and Save to Intercom need to first select the relevant articles.
