To fix any broken images or videos, open the article in Zendesk Help Center and update the image or video in Zendesk in the usual way by uploading the image and inserting it in the relevant place in the article.
You can open the article directly from Help Center Manager from the Media page by clicking the Source Article hyperlink and then edit the article in Zendesk.
Marking Broken Media as Valid
You can mark any broken Media as valid so they are no longer included as Media that needs to be corrected.
- Select one or more of the invalid Media on the Media page.
- Click Mark as Valid.
Or
- Click anywhere on the row except on the Media Name.
This opens the Media pane on the right-hand side.
Where the Media is not Valid, the Media pane includes the Mark as Valid button.
When a broken Media has been marked as Valid, it shows Media was marked as valid at the top of the Media pane.
You can unmark this by clicking Unmark as Valid either by selecting the Media on the Media page and clicking Unmark as Valid or by opening the Media pane and clicking Unmark as Valid.
