Identifying where Media Appears in more than one Article
Using a Search or Sort on the Media page allows you to identify where an image or video appears in more than one article. If there is an update to an image or image, this helps you find every article in which it needs to be updated.
In the Media page, you can search for the Alt Text of the image or the URL of the video inserted into the article. Refer to Searching in Media in Searching for Articles, Links and Media.
You can then open each article directly from Help Center Manager from the Media page (by clicking the Source Article hyperlink and then edit the article in Zendesk) and change the image or video.
