Logging into the Swifteq App
The Log In to the Swifteq App is specific for your Swifteq account and this is different to your Zendesk login.
As part of authorizing the connection to your Zendesk account, you use a Zendesk log in account which links the Swifteq App to your Zendesk Account and this authorization is saved on your Swifteq user account. Refer to Activating, Connecting and Authorizing the Swifteq Automation App for your Zendesk Support.
Inviting Additional Users
Initially, you are assigned one login to the the Swifteq App. If required, you can then invite additional users by selecting the Invite Users from the Profile button. Refer to Inviting Additional Users to the App. This feature applies to the following apps:
- Articles PDF Export
- Merge Duplicate Tickets
- Ticket Parser Autofill
- Auto Remove Attachments
- Triggers+ChatGPT
- Ticket Classification
Resetting your Password
If you need to reset your password, from the Log in click Don't remember your password.
Enter your email address and we will send you an email to reset your password.
