On the Articles page, when you have one or more articles selected, you can use the following options.
For selected or all articles:
- Change Article Status
- Rollback from Intercom
- Save to Intercom

Change Article Status
Articles in Intercom can be set as Published or Draft.
Using Change Article Status, you can change the Status in Help Center Manager for the selected article(s).
In Intercom, translations of an article can be held with a different status to that of the source language article. If you want to change the status of translations, ensure these are also selected when using Change Status.
Rollback from Intercom
This loads the latest version from Intercom for the selected articles. Any of your local changes will be lost, that is, any changes made in the Editor in Help Center Translate that have been saved with Save for Review will be lost, or any translated articles saved with Save translations locally for review.
The articles will no longer show as "Under Review". Rollback from Intercom only reloads articles from Intercom that have been saved locally for review.

While the Rollback from Intercom is running you can click Cancel Task to cancel.
When prompted to confirm, click OK to continue with the Cancel Task, or click Cancel to let the Rollback from Intercom continue.
Save to Intercom
This pushes all local changes to Intercom. Save to Intercom only affects the articles saved locally for review.
- Articles can be saved as Under Review when editing the article from the Article View. Refer to Editing an Article using the Help Center Translate Editor.
- Translations can be saved as Under Review when using the Translate functions, by selecting to Save translations locally for review.

Translating All or Part of an Individual Article

These options save your edited articles, or the article translations, locally in Swifteq without pushing them to Intercom. The edited articles or the article translations show in the Articles page as "Under Review" which allows the translation to be reviewed in Help Center Translate and corrected if needed before being published.
While the Save to Intercom is running you can click Cancel Task to cancel.
When prompted to confirm, click OK to continue with the Cancel Task, or click Cancel to let the Save to Intercom continue.
