Logging into Help Center Translate
The Log In to Help Center Translate is specific for your Swifteq account and this is different to your Intercom login.
As part of authorizing the connection to your Intercom Help Centers, you use an Intercom log in account which links Help Center Translate to your Intercom Help Center and this authorization is saved on your Swifteq user account. Refer to Connecting to your Intercom Help Center and Authorizing.
When opening any articles in Intercom directly from Help Center Translate, if not already signed in to Intercom, you are prompted to sign in with your Intercom login.
Inviting Additional Users
Initially, you are assigned one login to the Help Center Translate. If required, you can then invite additional users by selecting the Invite Users from the Profile button. Refer to Inviting Additional Users to Help Center Translate.
Resetting your Password
If you need to reset your password, from the Log in click Don't remember your password.
Enter your email address and we will send you an email to reset your password.
