When you first start Help Center Translate, you are prompted to connect to your Intercom Help Center and authorize the connection. This sets up the permissions to your Intercom Help Center that provide the core functionality of Help Center Translate.
Help Center Translate reads and stores all the articles fields that are made available by Intercom through their API. These are the fields such as article title and body, author name, dates and times, URL, language and collection. To enable features in Help Center Translate such as Edit on an article, this also needs write permission to your Intercom Help Center.
