This article details how you can Reauthorize or Disconnect the Help Center Translate app.
Note: Disconnecting the Help Center Translate app from your Intercom Support removes the configuration data for the app that is stored on the Swifteq servers, as well as the configuration data for any other Swifteq apps you have installed for the same account.

Reauthorizing the Help Center Translate App
Once Help Center Translate has been Authorized, there may be times that you need to Reauthorize.
- Reauthorizing Help Center Translate allows you to fix any access issues to the Intercom API. For example, if you are not seeing the information in Help Center Translate that you expect.
- You need to Reauthorize if the user who initially made the connection has been revoked in Intercom, or if the permissions for that user have been removed.
To Reauthorize Help Center Translate
- In the top right menu, click the Profile button.

Select Helpdesk Authorization.
- The Connect to Intercom Support pop-up displays.
- Click Reauthorize.
- Click Authorize in Intercom Support.

When prompted, click Authorize Access.
The articles are loaded and the Home page displays.
When reauthorizing, you can sign in as a different user to the user who initially did the authorization, as long as this user has permission to read the Intercom Help Center.
Disconnecting the Help Center Translate App from Intercom Support
If you want to stop using Help Center Translate you would Disconnect.
Warning: Disconnecting from Intercom Support removes all your data stored on Swifteq's servers.
If you wanted to start using the Help Center Translate app again, you would need to connect again and reload the articles.
If you wanted to start using the Help Center Translate app again, you would need to connect again and reload the articles.
Disconnecting does not affect any data in your Intercom Help Center.
- Select Helpdesk Authorization.
The Connected to Intercom Support displays. - Click Disconnect and remove all my data.
