You can Translate Dynamic Content individually or in bulk.
The translations of Dynamic Content are updated automatically to your Zendesk Admin Center.

Translating Dynamic Content in Bulk
To Translate one or more Dynamic Content items in bulk:
- From the Dynamic Content page, select one or more rows (refer to Selecting Articles, Links, Media or Dynamic Content).
- Click Translate.
The Create Translation of Dynamic Content pop-up displays.
- In the Source section, you can display the Translation Settings.
The Glossary is used in the same way as in Translate for Articles.
For the Translation Instructions, this uses a separate set of instructions which are not yet configurable.
Refer to Translation Settings - Translate Glossary, Translate Instructions, Translation Notice.
- In the Destination section, click the Add a translation drop-down, then click Select All or select one or more languages.

Overwrite if a translation already exists is selected as default and you can remove the checkmark for this if required.

Click Translate.
A message displays while the Dynamic Content is being translated.While the Translate is running you can click Cancel Task to cancel. When prompted to confirm, click OK to continue with the Cancel Task, or click Cancel to let the Translate continue.
A message displays when the translation has finished.
You will also receive an email. This contains a list of the Dynamic Content items that were successfully translated and a list of any items that could not be translated.If any translations could not complete a message displays with possible reasons, such as if there is already a translation in the same language and you have not selected the Overwrite if a translation already exists option in the Translate dialog.
Translating an Individual Dynamic Content
You can translate an individual Dynamic Content item into one or more languages.
- Display the Dynamic Content pane for the source language of the item. Refer to Displaying the Dynamic Content Text in the Dynamic Content Pane in Dynamic Content Page.
- Click Translate.
- The Create Translation of Dynamic Content pop-up displays and is used in the same way as for the Bulk Translate. Select the languages for the translation.
- Click Translate.
A message displays when the translation has finished and also if there are any errors in the same way as the Bulk Translate.
Manually Editing a Translation
You can manually edit a translation.
- Display the Dynamic Content pane for the relevant translation. Refer to Displaying the Dynamic Content Text in the Dynamic Content Pane in Dynamic Content Page.
- Click Edit.
- Make any changes and click Save.
