You can click the checkmark on the left-hand side to select individual Articles, Links, Media or Dynamic Content. You can also click the checkmark at the top of the left-hand side to select all the Articles, Links, Media or Dynamic Content that are showing on the current page. You may find this useful to select items if you have applied a filter or a search and then want to use a function on these items.
There are then various functions available in Help Center Manager that can be used for selected items.
- In Articles, when rows have been selected, you can use the Export, Replace and Translate functions on the selected items.
- From the Bulk Actions menu, you can use the Duplicate, Change Labels, Reset Votes, Change Location, Change Article Status, Change Management or Viewing Permissions, Rollback from Zendesk, Save to Zendesk and Delete from Zendesk functions on the selected items.
For Change Location, Rollback from Zendesk, Save to Zendesk and Delete from Zendesk you need to first select the relevant articles.
Refer to Bulk Actions - Duplicate, Change Labels, Reset Votes, Change Location, Change Article Status, Change Permissions, Rollback from Zendesk, Save to Zendesk and Delete from Zendesk.
- In Links and Media, when rows have been selected, you can use the Export function on the selected items.
- In Media, when rows have been selected, you can use the Change Alt Text function to change the Alt Text for more than one image at a time. You can generate the Alt Text with AI, generated using ChatGPT, or enter the same Alt text for all the selected images.
- In Dynamic Content, when rows have been selected, you can use the Translate function on the selected items.

You can select all the items on the current page, which is up to 15 rows.

Once at least one Article, Link, Media or Dynamic Content has been selected, you can click the Select All link to select all items. If any filters have been applied, this selects all the items that are filtered.
