You can click the checkmark on the left-hand side to select individual Articles, Links, Media or Dynamic Content. You can also click the checkmark at the top of the left-hand side to select all the Articles, Links, Media or Dynamic Content that are showing on the current page. You may find this useful to select items if you have applied a filter or a search and then want to use a function on these items.
There are then various functions available in Help Center Manager that can be used for selected items.
- In Articles, when rows have been selected, you can use the Export, Replace, Duplicate and Translate functions on the selected items.
- From the vertical ellipsis menu, you can use the Rollback from Zendesk, Save to Zendesk, Delete from Zendesk and Reset Votes functions on the selected items. Refer to Rollback from Zendesk, Save to Zendesk, Delete from Zendesk and Reset Votes.
- In Links and Media, when rows have been selected, you can use the Export function on the selected items.
- In Dynamic Content, when rows have been selected, you can use the Translate function on the selected items.
