Dynamic Content enables you to create standard, multi-language responses that can be re-used in macros, triggers, automations, and selected settings fields. Dynamic Content items are added in your Zendesk Admin Center.
The Help Center Manager Dynamic Content displays the Dynamic Content items in your Zendesk Admin Center.
- You can use this to display and edit the text in the Dynamic Content.
- You can also automatically translate your Dynamic Content individually or in bulk using OpenAI ChatGPT in the same way as the translate for your help Articles.
Any Dynamic Content items that have been added, edited or deleted in Zendesk are updated to Help Center Manager when you run a Quick Sync or a Full Sync. Refer to Syncing the Zendesk Data to Help Center Manager.

Re-authorize with Zendesk
If you already have Help Center Manager installed, when you first access the Dynamic Content page you are prompted to Re-authorize with Zendesk to give Help Center Manager permission.
If you are new to the app and are accessing Dynamic Content after it has been released, you will not be prompted to re-authorize.
Click Re-authorize with Zendesk.
You are then prompted to Connect to Zendesk Support.
Click Authorize in Zendesk Support.
This automatically runs the Quick Sync and loads the Dynamic Content in Help Center Manager.
Dynamic Content Page
The Dynamic Content page displays all the Dynamic Content in Zendesk.
Expanding a Row to Display the Translations
You can expand a row to see which languages the Dynamic Content has been translated to.
Click next to the Name.
Displaying the Dynamic Content Text in the Dynamic Content Pane
Click on a row to display the full text in the Dynamic Content pane.
You can use the language drop-down to display the text in any of the existing translations.
To display the full text of a translation directly, first expand the row as above to display the translations then click on the row for the relevant translation.
Editing from the Dynamic Content Pane
From the Dynamic Content Pane you can click Edit to make changes. This can be used for an item in the default language or for any of the translations.
Click Save to update the change to Zendesk Admin Center.
