The Swifteq Advanced Search Plus app allows you to search for tickets, users, and organizations using advanced filters and sorting.
It allows your team to find information faster, without having to apply advanced search filters. This improves productivity and can reduce response times.
You can use the Advanced Search Plus app to search for tickets that were created in any channel, including Zendesk messaging channel.
When you have performed a search, you can export the results to create a Report.
Advanced Search Plus is completely free to install and use, and no subscription is needed. You do not need to create a Swifteq account to use the Advanced Search Plus app as this is a Zendesk app with no Swifteq backend. Refer to Installing and Activating Advanced Search Plus.

Saving Searches
You can Save search terms and filters to select and reuse. Searches can be saved for Tickets, Organizations or Users. The Saved Searches are linked to a specific user. Refer to Saving Searches.
Using the Bulk Changes Feature
Included with Advanced Search Plus is the Bulk Changes feature. This allows you to make changes in bulk to the Tickets, Users and Organizations in your Zendesk Support. Refer to Using Advanced Search Plus Bulk Changes.
When you have installed and activated Advanced Search Plus, this gives you access to the Free Plan of Bulk Changes. The Free Plan allows you to make changes to up to 5 items in one go. To allow unlimited changes, you can subscribe and upgrade from the Free Plan from your Zendesk Admin Center. Refer to Subscribing to Bulk Changes.
