Subscribing to Bulk Changes

When you have installed and activated Advanced Search Plus, this gives you access to the Free Plan of Bulk Changes. The Free Plan allows you to to make changes to up to 5 items in one go. 

You can upgrade from the Free Plan to allow unlimited changes from your Zendesk Admin Center. 

1. Open your Zendesk Admin Center.
    
2. In Apps and integrations, display Zendesk Support apps.
    

3. Click the drop-down next to the Advanced Search Plus app and select Change Settings.
   Or, click the icon for the app.

4. In Select Plan, select the unlimited subscription.
   You are prompted for your billing details.
    
5. Enter your details and click Proceed to payment and enter your credit card details.
