This article details how to install the Swifteq Advanced Search Plus app from the Zendesk Marketplace page and how to activate the app.
When the app has been installed, it needs to be activated. The activation is needed only once for the Zendesk account.
Once Advanced Search Plus has been installed and activated, it is available for all your support agents to use (as per the Roles and Groups enabled for the app in your Admin Center).

The Swifteq Advanced Search Plus app is completely free and no subscription is needed.
You install the app from the following Zendesk Marketplace page:

You do not need to create a Swifteq account to use the Advanced Search Plus app as this is a pure Zendesk app with no Swifteq backend.
Activating Advanced Search Plus
When Advanced Search Plus has been installed, it needs to be Activated.
- Login to Zendesk as a user who has access to the Advanced Search Plus app. This would usually be an admin user of your Zendesk account.
- On the left-hand side of the Zendesk Agent Dashboard, click the Advanced Search Plus icon in the sidebar.
The Activate screen displays.
- The name and email address display as the user you are logged into Zendesk. Check these and click Activate App on my Account.
- The Advanced Search Plus screen displays. Refer to Using Advanced Search Plus.
Your agents can display the search at any time by clicking the Advanced Search Plus icon in the ticket Sidebar.
