Tasks Automatically Added for Broken Links when a Sync is Run
Whenever the Full Sync is run, or when a Quick Sync is run and there are there any changes to the content of articles, a Task is automatically created for any Broken Links that are found.
These display automatically in the Broken Links Tasks List.
The Assignee is automatically set as the user who ran the Full Sync.
- If a Task for a Broken Link has already been created automatically, but the link is not fixed, the next time the Sync is run, this will not create another duplicate Task.
- If a Broken Links Task is deleted, or marked as Complete, but the link is not fixed, the next time the Sync is run the Task will be recreated.
