Activating Swifteq Zendesk Apps
When making a selection from the Switch between Swifteq Zendesk Apps button, if you have not yet enabled or subscribed to an app, you can activate it and, if relevant, start your free trial.
For example, if you have not activated Merge Duplicate Tickets, the following screen displays for you to activate this app.
Auto-Merge Duplicate Tickets
The Swifteq Merge Duplicate Tickets app automatically merges Zendesk Support tickets from the same Requester. For full details, refer to the help Merge Duplicate Tickets Help.
Auto-Remove Attachments
The Swifteq Auto Remove Attachments app automatically remove unwanted attachments from Zendesk tickets. You can put this workflow on auto-pilot to remove attachments automatically using your own custom logic. This allows you to redact sensitive documents attached to tickets, for example, to redact attachments after the tickets are closed and your team is not working on them anymore. This allows you to stay compliant with GDPR by removing any attachments with sensitive information. With the custom settings, you can remove attachments from tickets with any status: new, open, solved or closed.
Triggers+GPT
The Swifteq Triggers+GPT app integrates Zendesk with ChatGPT for enhanced Zendesk Support ticket automation. This gives options such as allowing ticket categorization, language translations and extracting ticket data from comments into custom fields.
