The Help Center Export app runs an export of your Help Center articles and optionally an export of articles that contain any broken links.
The exports are produced as .csv files and sent by email to your email address. The emails are sent from support@swifteq.com.

Running the Help Center Export
- Click the Switch between Swifteq Zendesk Apps button in the top right menu.
- Select Help Center Export.
- If you have not yet enabled Help Center Export, you are prompted to enable it.
Click Activate on Your Account.
When activating Help Center Export, you are prompted to connect your account and to allow Swifteq Integration for Zendesk to access your Zendesk account. This is the same as when connecting and authorizing Help Center Manager. Refer to Connecting to your Zendesk Help Center and Authorizing.
Once you have enabled Help Center Export, the following screen displays when you select it from the Switch between Swifteq Zendesk Apps button.
There are two exports that can be requested:
Export Articles Content as HTML
This export produces a file named articles.csv. The .csv is a list of all the published and draft articles.
It includes metadata such as the Article title, Article URL, Locale (language), Section, Category, indicator for whether or not the article is Draft, indicator for whether or not the article is Public (that is Visible to Everyone), the Author, Created, Edited date and the date the article settings were Updated, information on Votes and the Labels in the articles.
It also includes a column with the HTML content of all the articles.
To request an export which includes the articles content, enable the toggle for Enable articles content as HTML and click Launch Export.
Check for Broken Links
The export of Broken Links produces a file named broken_links.csv. The .csv is a list of the articles that contain links to articles in your Help Center, to web pages or to other URLs that are not accessible. It also includes articles which hold images that do not display when visitors read the article. Links and images are checked for both published and draft articles.
Running the export for Broken Links will take longer to produce than the full export of articles.
To request an export which includes the articles content, enable the toggle for Enable articles content as HTML and click Launch Export.
