Displaying Articles, Links, Media and Analytics
There are three pages in the Help Center Manager - Articles, Links and Media. These pages give you access to the articles, links and media in your Zendesk Help Center. Many of the features are used in the same way in all three pages.
You can display the Articles, Links or Media page by clicking the link on the left-hand side of the screen to access the other pages, or click Home to redisplay the Home page.
The Analytics page gives you access to the Help Center Analytics.
Home Page
The Home page displays a summary of the activity in the Help Center. The statistics in the Home page are loaded the first time you open the page. If you want to refresh these, for example after running a Sync, you can press F5 on your keyboard.
As well as a summary, the Home page also gives you a quick access to functions and, where relevant, to easily make changes such as fix broken links or broken images or to display the Media page showing images without Alt text.
