You can display a summary of the translations made by Agent Co-writer. This allows you to understand how the app is performing.
In the side bar, click Reports.
This displays the screen with the Usage Report for Agent Co-writer.
- Co-writer usage is recorded for every Adjust or Dictate operation.
- Inbound Translations are recorded for every Auto Translate of the customer messages in the tickets.
- Outbound Translations are the replies from the agents that have been translated in the tickets before Submit.

You can select a time period from the drop-down list.
Or select a custom date range from the calendars.
