You can display a summary of the tickets processed and the tickets updated by the Triggers+ChatGPT. This allows you to understand how the app is performing.
At the top of the Workflows on the Configuration, click Reports.
This displays a pop-up with the Usage Report for Triggers+ChatGPT.
This shows the total number of tickets and the number of Tickets Processed by the Triggers+ChatGPT app and the number of Tickets Updated.
You can select a time period from the drop-down list.
Or select a custom date range from the calendars.
