You can display a summary of the tickets checked and the tickets auto-merged by the Merge Duplicate Tickets. This allows you to understand how the app is performing.
At the top of the Workflows on the Configuration, click Reports.
This displays a pop-up with the Usage Report for Merge Duplicate Tickets.
This shows the total number of tickets and the number of Tickets Checked by the Merge Duplicate Tickets app and the number of tickets Auto-Merged.
You can select a time period from the drop-down list.
Or select a custom date range from the calendars.
