The Swifteq Articles PDF Export app allows your support team to export articles from your Help Center as a PDF. Articles are exported with images, links, and formatting and you can customize the look and feel of the PDFs to create printable manuals. Its main use is to create a manual of a few articles as part of a support request.
The app is accessed from the Zendesk Agent Dashboard to provide your support agents direct, offline access to your Help Center content. Once Articles PDF Export is installed, it displays as an icon in the sidebar of the Zendesk Agent Dashboard.
From the app, you can configure the style of the PDF and set up the title, subtitle, footer and logo to show on the cover page of the exported article(s).
Only read permissions are needed to the Help Center articles.

- If you already have a subscription for Help Center Manager, the subscription to the Articles PDF Export app is included for free.
- If you do not have a subscription for Help Center Manager you can install a free 14-day Trial of the app which allows you to export up to 100 articles. After the trial you can set up a subscription to the app.
