After installing, if needed, you can change the settings for the Title, Enable Role Restrictions or Enable Group Restrictions from the Zendesk Admin Center.

The examples in this help show the Merge Duplicate Tickets app. When changing settings for the other apps, the naming on the screens will show as the relevant app.

Changing the Installation Settings
- Open your Zendesk Admin Center.
- In Apps and integrations, display Zendesk Support apps.
- Click the drop-down next to the relevant app and select Change Settings.
Or, click the icon for the app.
- The Installation settings display.
- Make any changes to the Title, Enable Role Restrictions or Enable Group Restrictions in the same way as when installing. Refer to Installing the Swifteq Automation Apps.
- Click Update.
