You can display a summary of the tickets processed and the tickets updated by Document Parser. This allows you to understand how the app is performing.
At the top of the Workflows on the Configuration, click Reports.
This displays a pop-up with the Usage Report for Document Parser.
This shows the total number of tickets and the number of Tickets Processed by Document Parser and the number of Tickets Updated.
You can select a time period from the drop-down list.
Or select a custom date range from the calendars.
