When you have set up your Workflows and when you are ready, you need to enable the Ticket Classification app. You need to have enabled at least one Workflow in the configuration before you can enable the app. Refer to Configuring the Workflows for Ticket Classification.

Enabling Ticket Classification
Enable the app from the Ticket Classification Configuration settings.
- If the Configuration settings are not already displayed. login to Zendesk as a user who has access to the Ticket Classification app.
- On the left-hand side of the Zendesk Agent Dashboard, click the Ticket Classification icon in the sidebar.
- On the Configuration Settings, click the Enable/Disable toggle so this shows as Ticket Classification is enabled.
Once the app is enabled, all the Workflows that are set as Enabled will trigger.
Disabling Ticket Classification
You can disable the Ticket Classification app at any time.
- On the Configuration Settings, click the Enable/Disable toggle so this shows as Ticket Classification is Disabled.
When the app is disabled, none of the Workflows will trigger any actions.
