This article addresses a situation if you suddenly cannot use Translate Conversations and you are being asked to create a new Swifteq account. You will see a message "You need a Swifteq account and an API key to translate conversations".
You need to re-enter the API key.

Display the Translate Conversations - Configuration - Home page from
https://agenthelper.swifteq.com/
Refer to Translate Conversations Configuration.
- From the Configure the app using this API Key, click the Copy to Clipboard icon to copy the API key.
- Go to your Zendesk Admin Center - Apps and integrations - Zendesk Support apps.
- Click on Translate Conversations to open the app settings.
- Add the Swifteq API Key to the Translate Conversations App Configuration in your Zendesk Admin Center by pasting the copied API key into the Zendesk configuration.
- Click Update.
