You can Save search terms and filters to select and reuse.
Searches can be saved for Tickets, Organizations or Users.
The Saved Searches are linked to a specific user.
If the user clears the cache, this will also remove all the Saved Searches

Saving a Search
When saving a search, the search term and filters are saved, not the Search results, so you can save the search before or after displaying the results.
- Select Tickets, Organizations or Users.
- Selected a search term, and or any filter(s).
- Click Save, enter a name for the Search and click Save.
The name of the Saved Search displays at the top of the Advanced Search Plus.
- When you click Clear, the Saved Search and any terms and filters are cleared.
You can set up additional searches and save these. The name must be unique for each Saved Search.
Displaying a Saved Search
Select the Saved Search from the Saved Searches drop-down.
Actions - Save, Change Name and Delete
When a Saved Search is displayed, you can make changes to the terms or Filters, and then click Actions. You can then click Save to save it as the same name. or Change Name, for example to reflect the changed filters. You can also click Delete to delete the Saved Search.
