You can display a summary of the translations made by Translate Conversations. This allows you to understand how the app is performing.
In the side bar, click Reports.
This displays the screen with the Usage Report for Translate Conversations.
This shows the Total Translations, and the Inbound and Outbound Translations made by Translate Conversations.
- Inbound Translations are the customer messages in the tickets that have been translated.
- Outbound Translations are the replies from the agents that have been translated in the tickets .
Refer to Using Translate Conversations.
You can select a time period from the drop-down list.
Or select a custom date range from the calendars.
