At the end of your 14-day free trial, if you have not yet subscribed, your account will be disabled. An email is sent to the user who authorized the app one week before the trial expires, when it expires and one week after it has expired.

Subscribing to the Auto Remove Attachments App
You subscribe to the Auto Remove Attachments app from the Choose your plan page.
- Open your Zendesk Agent Dashboard.
- On the left-hand side of the Dashboard, click the Auto Remove Attachments icon in the sidebar.
- On the right-hand side of the Configuration settings page, click the Subscribe button.
You can also click the Subscribe now link on the Configuration page (refer to ).
- The Choose your plan page displays with the plans that are available. Use the drop-down to select the Monthly plan you want to subscribe to.
- To start your subscription click the Continue to payment button.
- You are directed to the Swifteq Checkout page to enter your credit card details.
Subscribing to a 30-Day Pass for the Redaction Task to Remove Attachments in Bulk
You can subscribe to a 30-day pass for the Redaction Task to remove attachments in bulk from your archive of tickets. This is a separate subscription to the Monthly subscription (refer to Configuring the Redaction Task in Configuring and Enabling the Auto Remove Attachments App and Running the Redaction Task).
- On the Choose your plan, use the drop-down to select the number of tickets you want to subscribe to.
- To start your subscription click the Continue to payment button.
- You are directed to the Swifteq Checkout page to enter your credit card details.
Managing your Billing or Cancelling your Subscription
Once you have subscribed, you can update or change your payment method, or cancel your subscription, by selecting the Manage Billing option from the Profile button.
- Click the Profile button and select Manage Billing.
- Enter the email address that is associated with your account and click Send.
We will send you an email with a link to your customer portal, which is hosted by Stripe, which you can use to change your payment method, or to cancel your subscription.
